In order to publish the exported movie as a Podcast:

1) Upload one or more .m4v files to your .Mac account or server.

2) Create an XML (Extensible Markup Language) file with any text editor and save as plain text with an .xml extension. See source for MediaWorks Podcast page for an example of the scripting language which may be modified for your files.

3) Upload the XML file to the same folder as your .m4v files. This file serves as a RSS feed.

3) Verify that it is a valid feed by entering the URL in FeedValidator and also in the URL line of your RSS compatible browser like Safari. "http" will change to "feed" in the URL line indicating it is a RSS feed.

4) Subscribe to the Podcast by choosing "Subscribe to Podcast" in the Advanced menu in iTunes, and type in the path for the XML file created above.

5) Publish your Podcast to iTunes Podcast Directory. Your submission is reviewed by Apple and posted in a few days if it's acceptable.
